• Headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, TRA is a private, non profit organization that has been providing quality education, employment and training programs to educationally and economically disadvantaged youth and adults in MA, TX, and other parts of the country for over 32 years.

• Our diverse funding sources encompass private, state and federal resources including Workforce Investment Act funds through a variety of Workforce Investment Boards.
• We are especially excited about our latest programming including Career Prep, a short-term skills development program, and GED Prep which we operate in Lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas in partnership with WorkForce Solutions and Arbor Education & Training, L.L.C. These programs have achieved amazing results in a very short time frame enabling customers to obtain skills leading to self-sufficiency, area employers to access a more prepared and educated workforce, and the local WIB to achieve its employment and training goals.
