403B Update
In
June, TRA welcomed new brokers for our 403B plan. They are Ryan
Kittredge of NY Life and Chris Carelli from Eagle Stategies. They will
be visiting sites to meet with employees regarding the 403B or for
general investment advice. If you are interested in meeting with them,
call or email Susan Osmers.
HR Tips for Dealing with Change
Change
is always happening. It is the one thing for which we can be certain.
It simply is an inevitable part of life and work. During times of
uncertainty with our struggling economy, global upheaval, or with our
own personal lives, here are some tips to hopefully help you manage.
#1: Recognize that change does happen.
#2: Take control of your life.
#3: Take care of yourself.
#4: Communicate with others.
#5: Do a self assessment.
#6: Be open and flexible.
#7: Continue to do your work.
#8: Be positive in actions and attitude.
#9: Develop support relationships at home and work.
#10: See the big picture.
