Kristi Bruwer of Fitchburg has been promoted to Central Mass. Regional Manager of Training Resources of America, Inc. (TRA) with oversight of the education and training sites in Fitchburg and Worcester, MA. Ms. Bruwer has been employed by TRA since 2000 in a number of capacities, the most recent being Assistant Manager of the Central Massachusetts Region. She is a graduate of Fitchburg State College with a BS in Sociology. |

| Lisa A. Welcome of Sturbridge has been promoted to Statewide Program Director of Training Resources of America, Inc. (TRA). Ms. Welcome was previously the Central Mass. Regional Manager, a position she held since 2002. She is a graduate of Assumption College with a BA in Liberal Studies. |
