TRA Program Descriptions

Customer Service Program 

Customer Service Program offers oppotunities to enter the retail/customer service field through a combination of training in Customer Service (Retail, Get to Know Your Customer, Meet Your Customers' Needs, Build a Continuous Relationship, Go the Extra Mile) and Job Readiness (Self-esteem, Identify Barriers to Employment, Application/Resume, Job Interview, Paychecks and Benefits, Attitude and Behavior on the Job, Communication and Listening Skills). Training averages 4-6 weeks.
