Fatherhood
The Fatherhood Program provides orientation,
assessment, employment and training services, peer support, parenting
and life skills, job readiness training, and job placement/retention
services to non-custodial parents. The intent of the program is
to develop service strategies and systems that enable individuals to
move into lasting unsubsidized jobs and meet their financial/family
obligations.
