Lessons cover isobars, isotherms, fronts, weather prediction, weather patterns and weather proverbsl. Allows students to practice making weather maps and practice predicting the weather for the next few days across the country.

Aliens Explore Earth - discussion of vaious topics related to ecosystems including biomes, succession, photosynthesis, food chains, natural cycles, population, species, and life processes.
North American Biomes - information on many different biomes including desert, grasslands, tundra, fainforest, deciduous forest, and coniferous forest. Includes several activities for students.
Food Chains - discusssion of food chain, decomposer food chains, food pyramids and food webs and how each involves the transfer of energy
Along the Food Chain - a Webquest found on the Riverdeep website requires students to research websites to find the answers to a series of questions
Exploring Ecosystems - a virtual field trip by Riverdeep which leads students to explore ecosystems
Build a Prairie - this interactive site allows students to experience the components of a short grass or long grass prairie ecosystem by making choices about the development of the prairie
