TRA's diverse programming includes:
ACHIEVE! - CUSTOMER SERVICE - Serves out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 21, assisting with Adult Basic Education/GED preparation and more.
Adult Basic Education/GED Prep - Meets the specific educational needs of adult students who have limited basic reading, language and math skills as well as those wishing to pursue a GED.
AmeriCorps - Integrates a Corporation for National Community Service / Mass. Service Alliance AmeriCorps Program with Quincy YouthBuild utilizing 26 memebers and 50 volunteers from the Quincy Area.
Automated Office Systems/Medical - Provides a variety of classroom and hands-on training in job readiness, general office, clerical/computer software, and medical secretary skills.
Career Exploration - Provides a comprehensive youth training program for students between the ages of 14 and 19 who attend Ithaka School.
English for Speakers of Other Languages - Assists adult students who have limited English proficiency by meeting their specific educational needs.
Office Careers - Provides a combination of training in clerical/customer service, job readiness, and introduction to computers/general office software/procedures.
Young Parents - Offers pregnant and parenting out-of-school youth, aged 14-21, who have not achieved a high school diploma with a variety of educational and life skills training.
Young Parents Demonstration Program
YouthBuild - Provides low-income, out-of-school youth, aged 16-24 with on-the-job, hands on construction skills training and GED preparation.
