My name is Jocelyn Ramos. I'm 25 years old. I am a single mother of 3 children. I came to Massachusetts through the passage of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, in which I lost my home and my work as an Independent Nurse. That's why I decided to travel here with my children to this country. I only have my sister and brother in law who helped me with everything when I got here.

Upon receiving the benefits of DTA, they referred me and gave me the opportunity to study at Training Resources of America, Inc. [TRA] welcomed me with open arms and gave me a lot of help. Besides studying to learn more English, since English is not my language predominantly, they helped me in the job search. They prepared me to conduct a good interview. I thank God because I owe my job to this agency today. It is not the profession that I studied, but you have to learn to start from scratch always with your head held high and with a lot of faith so that many doors are opened for the future. Thanks to Training Resources of America and its entire staff for supporting me and believing in me. It was a pleasure; I will never forget you.
